I’m actually a huge sweets lover, and for years I used to end every single day with dessert. But lately, for my health, I’ve been trying to cut sweets down to just 2–3 days a week 😂

So instead, I’ve started eating more fruit — especially bananas.

Completely green ones are also fine.

Yellow bananas still have benefits — but greenish ones are the strongest option.
