This time, I want to talk about the Birkenstock Arizona EVA — a pair of sandals I had been curious about for a long time.
First of all, they’re incredibly light.
And super easy to wear.
Unlike the regular Arizona sandals, I don’t feel like I need to “protect” them all the time.
Rainy days, quick trips outside, traveling… I can wear them pretty casually without worrying too much.
Honestly, they’re way more comfortable than I expected.
Before these, I used to wear the Birkenstock Zürich.
I loved the design and comfort, but there was one problem:
I always had to be careful around water.
At the beach or near the ocean, I couldn’t just rinse them off or get them wet without thinking about it 🤔
That became surprisingly stressful 😂
I also love flip-flops 🩴
They’re easy, casual, and perfect for summer.
But after wearing them for a long time, the area between my toes always starts to hurt 😂
That’s where the Arizona EVA feels so much better.
They’re just as casual and easy as flip-flops, but without the painful toe problem.
Plus, they’re lightweight and washable.
“Birkenstocks you don’t have to worry about” is honestly a pretty strong concept.
And they still look like proper Birkenstocks.
I like that they feel relaxed without looking sloppy.
Especially during summer, I wear them everywhere:
- convenience store runs
- the beach
- traveling
- BBQs
- camping
They’ve become my go-to sandals 🏝️
At first, they felt slightly firm, but once I got used to them, they became really comfortable ✨
The best way to describe them is:
“Birkenstocks you can wear hard without caring too much.”
And somehow, that makes them even better 🌟
From a minimalist perspective, they check a lot of boxes:
- lightweight
- water-friendly
- easy to clean
- versatile
- low maintenance
Personally, I think the Arizona EVA is the perfect pair of sandals for minimalist summers.
Lately, I’ve been wearing them almost every single day 😁
